How paying with crypto works
- At checkout, choose the coin and network you want to pay with (see the list below) and get your payment address: it is unique to your order. You see the exact amount and a QR code.
- Place your order. The address and amount are also shown on your order confirmation and sent to you by e-mail.
- Send the exact amount from your own wallet. If you pay from an exchange, make sure the amount that arrives is not reduced by the exchange's withdrawal fee.
- Once the payment has enough confirmations on the blockchain, your order is confirmed automatically, you get an e-mail and we prepare it for shipping. The payment page updates by itself.
Payment window
- The amount shown at checkout is fixed for a limited time (a countdown shows how long). A payment that arrives later is valued at the exchange rate when it arrives.
- Please pay within 24 hours. Orders still unpaid after that are cancelled automatically, and you get an e-mail. If a payment of yours is already on its way, the order stays open.

Good to know
- USDT and USDC exist on several networks: send them on exactly the network shown at checkout. Funds sent on another network may not arrive.
- Paid too little? The order stays open and its payment page shows what is still due. Paid too much? Contact us and we refund the difference.
- Refunds are paid in the coin you paid with, for the amount due in the currency of your order (see our terms).
- We never ask for card details, and no third-party payment processor sees your payment.
