Delivery
- Shipping is free. Every parcel is tracked and insured for its full value.
- We dispatch your order once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Delivery time after dispatch: Tracked and insured, 2-5 business days.
- You receive the tracking number by e-mail when your order ships.
- High-value parcels may require a signature on delivery. Please use an address where someone can receive it.
Customs and import duties
Shipments within the European Union have no customs formalities. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United States and Canada, import duties, import VAT and customs handling fees of the destination country may apply. They are charged by the carrier or customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcels
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier if possible, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. As the shipment is insured, we will replace or refund damaged goods.
